It looks like your mailbox is sending emails OK. If you tried to send someone an email and they didn't receive it, ask them to check their spam or junk folders. It's also worth double checking you have entered the correct email address. If you can send emails through Webmail, but not in an email app like Outlook, there may be another problem.

Just found this on another forum and IT WORKS. It takes a little while, but be patient, my emails are happily sending now. Please Close all the Office programs open then press and hold down Windows key logo then press letter x.
